I came into this season with a lot of questions about our team, after the game against Clemson I have even more questions. I was definitely shocked with the starting lineup, an I wish I could've seen the off-season practices to see why the lineups from last night were chosen. On to the next game, and hope the shots fall for us.

Tough loss to a very good Drexel team. Talford and Harrison never fail to impress. Hopefully defensive and rebounding lapses are corrected before next weekend.
What happened to scheduling cupcakes for homecoming? However, hope we can get a return game in Philly next year.

Definitely a tough loss to Drexel, we should've scheduled Brevard on that day j/k. Seriously, they impressed me against a tough mid major team like we will see in conference. We just got learn to close these games out, hopefully when the team gels more together they will be able to. I also think we need someone to be able consistently create and knock down their own shots, if not we need to make one of our guards a true point guard or create a point forward to set up good shots for others. But on to the next one and hopefully we get that W.

Great nail-biting win vs CCU. This was revenge for last year; I hope this series continues.
Queens, wow those guys were tough! They are an ASUN conference team that has already beaten High Point and GW this year. Down 10 at half, Kasen Harrison put the team on his back mid-2nd half and lead the comeback. You can count on that guy to turn it on when needed, even with 3 fouls.
Chase, I love you but there's a reason opponents leave you wide open for 3 point attempts.
Tough, tough road games coming up, I'd be really happy if we could go 2 and 2.

Great way to kick off our 4 straight road games with a win vs Little Rock. Hopefully we can keep rhe momentum going.

Hung in there pretty well with Xavier but it didn't end well. WTF is up with making free throws, or not making free throws? If we're ever going to knock off any of the big boys on the Winthrop "hit list" gotta score from the charity stripe.
The good news is that Chucky South only lost to USC by 4 points on Saturday, and I know we're more that 4 points better than CSU. The bad news is that Carolina only beat Chucky South by 4 points, so there's no way we're going to sneak up on USC. Go Eagles!

We went 1-3 on our 4 game road trip, with some hard fought battles. I thought we were going to get a W over FSU, but with over 20 turnovers and FSU hitting 10 more free throws I'm shocked we only lost by 6.

No moral victories, only W's and L's. However, the fact that we hung in against every major we've played this season gives me high hopes for league play. Realistically the team won every game they should have won and lost every game they should have lost. Go home and enjoy Christmas, come back and beat up Toccoa Falls, and get ready for league play. I'm looking forward to January.

What a great win vs. Longwood to start off conference play. We have a chance to do some damage against other Big South teams as long as we can stay healthy with a deep lineup. Go Eagles!

Wow, Radford smoked Longwood on TV last night. Those guys are going to be a handful. I hope Harrison can stay out of foul trouble.

Us vs. Radford definitely going to be a battle, but i think if our low post players can establish themselves down low we might be able to wear them gown. I think it's going to be a tight race all year long between us, Radford, Longwood and UNCA.
