I was glad to see we could knock down 3's throughout the whole game. If Adam Pickett and Nych Smith can play like that this season we will be hard to handle. My only negative I've noticed so far in both games is our bench depth, I hope Zunic can get more PT to help us out in that department.

Kelsey said in the postgame that Zunic was sick all day...looked like he tried to get out there a little bit it in the first half, but wasn't able to continue (and the other guards played well enough that it didn't matter).

General thoughts:
-I'm glad the team showed they could shoot, and I'm glad we saw the Adam Pickett that we expected.
-Bjorn played much better on the offensive end of the floor, and gave the offense the spark they need with his back-to-back-to-back 3's.
-Ferguson - Hit some 3's that I really wasn't expecting. If he has really been working on his shot in the off-season, then I'll gladly eat my words after my thoughts on the Vandy performance from behind the arc.
-Another rebounding victory is always nice to see
-We won't shoot that well every night, and we need to find ourselves defensively. That was a horrible team that we should have beaten by 30, and they really got to the rim efficiently.
-Pupavac played a few minutes, and I would like to see more of him honestly. It looked like his tall presence in the paint helped a bit on the inside when he was in the game.
-Anumba had a quiet but very efficient game in my opinion. Impressive. It seems like he will be very good, and I hope he continues to impress. I do notice that his outside shot hasn't been falling, which it would be nice if he could find his rhythm outside and really become a versatile threat. He missed some wide-open shots where he had all day to get set.
