The Improvement Of Adam Pickett

It's good to see him playing so well.  I really never blamed Kelsey for Pickett not getting a ton of minutes.  It was always so tough to know whether you were going to get 8 quick points, or 3 quick turnovers (with two leading to easy layups on the other end) when you put Pickett in the game.  But he's definitely found his rhythm now that he's getting to play more, and maybe he's not as likely to make the big risky play because he probably felt before that he had to take every chance he had, since he knew his minutes were likely limited.  He's always been dynamic, the key was just to reduce the big mistakes, and he's doing that.  He'll still turn it over, and you can handle that at times with players who can also make something out of nothing....His outside shooting has really impressed me this season, I always knew he could do things off the dribble, but if he can continue to hit outside shots, he becomes really tough to guard.
