We still dont have a Division I win on the season. If we're not shooting lights out then we don't have a chance against a real opponent. We simply don't have the size inside to compete on the boards either.
Maybe I'm just frustrated while we get embarrassed at Auburn, but this team needs a to grow extensively to compete in March.

Eh....not really shocking considering they are having to incorporate a ton of new guys. SIU was the only one I was disappointed in since it was at home (though the margin of Auburn was bad), but considering this team has to work some to gel isn't really surprising.
The win at Furman last night is a really good sign. Dominated a team on their home floor that most likely would finish in the 1-3 spots in the Big South.
Cooks/Ferguson Duo is going to be a nightmare for Big South teams to match up with, and Zunic/Falden are two really good frosh ready to contribute immediately, should only get better as season goes on.
Offensively we are as if not more potent this year than last (just not as reliant on one guard, which is a good thing)----if the team can keep working on and improving D, they should be tough to beat late conference season, that's where we aren't nearly as good as last year yet, but considering we lost system/senior guys like Prescott/Davenport and having to replace with new guys, that was going to be the case.
