OK any of you brainiacs out there; if Winthrop wins two this weekend (I realize that's a big "if" considering recent performance) and Radford drops one to Hampton or GW, any chance we're hosting the tournament next Thursday/Friday?

There's a chance. But it's not a good chance. A lot of results have to go WU's way in order to win a tiebreaker.

Great road win. Defense was on point in the 2nd half, three ball started going down and great on the boards.
DJ Burns... didn’t travel with the team due to disciplinary reasons. This is the second time in 2-3 weeks he’s got in trouble with Kelsey and not played. Sounds like he has attitude/maturity issues and needs to grow up.... fast. This hurts the team and we need him.

Well after looking at everything updated, we haven’t clinched it yet. These are the scenarios we could clinch -we win -we win/lose and Winthrop loses -we lose, Winthrop win, Hampton win -we lose, Winthrop win, Hampton lose, Asheville lose
If we lose, Winthrop wins and Hampton loses and Asheville wins we will be #2 seed. I think that is the only scenario. I am pretty sure this is correct. I hope we cruise cause it’ll be stressful as hell. If we were playing anybody but GW this weekend we would already have it wrapped up by tie breakers.

I think that is the only scenario. I am pretty sure this is correct. I hope we cruise cause it’ll be stressful as hell. If we were playing anybody but GW this weekend we would already have it wrapped up by tie breakers. Not quite right (if I'm looking at everything correctly)...I think all WU needs is a WU win + Radford loss + Asheville win. The Hampton game is likely irrelevent. If Hampton loses, it's crystal clear that WU is the #1 seed since the standings would be: WU 15-3 RAD 15-3 GWU 11-7 AVL 9-9 LW 9-9 HU 8-10 WU and RAD split...so we move down the standings. Both would have split against GWU. But WU would have a 3-0 record against AVL/LW, and RAD has a 2-1 record against those teams. If Hampton wins, it gets a little trickier: WU 15-3 RAD 15-3 GWU 11-7 HU 9-9 AVL 9-9 LW 9-9 Again, WU/RAD split, and they both split against GWU. Both teams have a 4-1 record against the HU/AVL/LW group, and then identical records against the remaining teams in the league (1-0 against CSU, and 2-0 against the rest). So then the NET ranking breaks the tie. After last night's games, WU ranks 150th in the NET and RAD ranks 162nd. Given that Radford would be taking another loss, I can't see how they'd make up that much ground (even without knowing all the ins and outs of the NET). www.ncaa.com/rankings/basketball-men/d1/ncaa-mens-basketball-net-rankings

Nice work WEF. I can barely balance the checkbook so there's no way I could have fingered it out. Let's win at 1 on Saturday then scoreboard watch.
Radford and Hampton both looked real good last night. Too much going on in the middle of the standings now to project the bracket but I'd prefer meeting GW in the semi's than Hampton. I'd love to see HU/RU play again (hopefully in Rock Hill). Lots to happen between now and next Thursday.
WTF Burns? Come on dude, you said you're happy to be playing at home. Get some senior leadership from Hale and Ferguson and figure it out. By the way, great job by Ferguson stepping up last night.
