The 2017-18 Eagles have seven newcomers and four or five of them could make significant contributions.
G Kyle Zunic is the prize of this recruiting class. No one can replace Keon's point production, but this kid is going to be really good right away. He has already played against top competition in Australia, he is poised, handles the ball well and is a shooter.
F Jermaine Ukaegbu is 6-6 but will likely play the 5 position. He's a quick and explosive defender. If he scores it's an added bonus. He will more than make up for the loss of Duby Okeke.
G Nych Smith and SF Austin Awad are juniors who played JUCO last year. C Thomas Pupavac is a mobile big man.
I like a starting five of:
B. Broman, Zunic, A. Broman, Cooks and Ukaegbu.
